Arnaldo Cintrón-Marrero
Arnaldo Cintrón-Marrero is a photographer and filmmaker from Puerto Rico. In 2008 he filmed the short documentary “Ayahuasca: The Little Death” during a healing journey in the Peruvian Amazonia as he participated as a patient and journalist. After experiencing the healing powers of teacher plants and a positive change in his mental and emotional illness, he returned to the Amazon in 2013 to initiate studies in “curanderismo” to be able to work with Ayahuasca and share the medicine with those who seek it in the Shipibo tradition. He currently lives in Northern California where he continues his studies in plant medicine.
